Mix together:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking power
Roll in logs and cover with wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
Slice 1/4" thick and bake 10 - 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
Can frost and top with nuts or coconut. I believe she tripled the batch.
