Apple Crisp (from Symm's Orchard in Idaho)

8 medium apples, peeled and sliced
3/4 C sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Place in pan.
Topping
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C butter
1 C flour
Mix together and sprinkle over apples.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
