Zuchinni Bread

2 C sugar
1 C oil
4 eggs room temperature
3 tsp. orange peel
3 C flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 C nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. alspice
2 C grated zuchinni

Beat eggs, add sugar and oil.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Add vanilla.
Fold in zuchinni.

Fill pans half full.  Bake at 325 degrees 40 minutes to 1 hour.
