Clam Chowder

Grandpa Elden Erick made this a lot.

1 8 oz. can minced clams
1 C chopped onion
1 C chopped celery
2 C diced potatoes
Simmer with clam juice until tender.

Make white sauce.
1&1/2 squares butter or margarine.
3/4 C flour
1 quart 2% milk
1 tsp. salt

Combine  two mixtures.
